Pre-Convention Information Session
Every ACBNY member in good standing is invited to an advance presentation of the information needed to participate fully in the convention business meeting.
This is an information session, not a business meeting. There will be no votes or motions. Zoom connection information will be emailed to members closer to the date.
Materials to be covered
- Officer and committee reports
- Financial reports and the proposed budget
- Proposed constitutional updates and resolution
- The business-meeting agenda and other available agenda items
Materials from the session are expected to be published afterward. They will not all be read again in full at the business meeting, although members will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss each matter before action is taken.
Business-meeting participation is free and does not require convention registration or attendance.

The convention hotel is located at 5 Executive Boulevard in Yonkers. A limited block of rooms is available at a special negotiated rate of $139 per room, per night.
Reserve and pay for your room through ACBNY registration. Please do not book through Marriott or contact the hotel to make a convention reservation; ACBNY will submit the convention rooming list.
